With over 16 years in service operations, specialising in incident management, I've played a pivotal role in transforming how teams communicate. My work has resulted in delivering thousands of service updates to millions of customers and end-users, ensuring transparency and trust.
In addition, I am committed to empowering our future generations. I am now in my 7th year of volunteering with Scouts where I help young people acquire essential life skills and keep volunteers updated through media communications.
