I'm a solutions engineer, focusing on enhancing organisational communications before, during, and after service incidents through effective status pages and processes.

With over 16 years in service operations, specialising in incident management, I've played a pivotal role in transforming how teams communicate. My work has resulted in delivering thousands of service updates to millions of customers and end-users, ensuring transparency and trust.

In addition, I am committed to empowering our future generations. I am now in my 7th year of volunteering with Scouts where I help young people acquire essential life skills and keep volunteers updated through media communications.
